The Company is pleased to announce that at the Reduction Court Hearing held today, the Court confirmed the capital reduction associated with the cancellation of the Scheme Shares. It is expected that the Reduction Court Order will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies tomorrow, whereby the Scheme will become effective and fully operative in accordance with its terms.
